Conditions for Refund:

• If the traffic delivery has not started within 72 hours of payment.
• If the traffic quality does not match the Tier 1 criteria mentioned.

Non-Refundable:

Once traffic has been delivered to your URL, refunds are not possible due to the nature of digital ad delivery.
